Intensification of cooperation with the Royal BAM Group.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The BAM organization has long trusted that its employees in the Netherlands and surrounding countries can communicate seamlessly. Recently, the collaboration with Movida was further strengthened with the complete transition from workplace automation to wireless mobile communication across all locations.<\/p>\n

This was the ultimate test for streamlining processes, but we succeeded. Movida established a dedicated team to oversee this significant transition, not only for field operations but also for the necessary standby support. In total, more than 145 connectivity cases will be installed at existing locations, and over 60 new construction sites will be set up.<\/p>\n

Jeremy Mumford (Head of IT Foundation, BAM) comments, \u201cIt\u2019s surprising how quickly people have mastered the new systems.\u201d Ed Mon\u00e9 (Director of Movida) adds, \u201cThis could only be achieved through a relationship built on mutual trust and transparency. I believe it underscores the strength of our partnership and the success we\u2019ve achieved together over the years.\u201d<\/p>\n

Outsourcing management\u2014especially in such a critical area\u2014is exceptional for BAM, as they typically prefer to rely on internal staff. Therefore, entrusting Movida with the transition of automation demonstrates significant confidence. This is a large-scale and sensitive undertaking.<\/p>\n

Construction site automation involves a complex integration of online and offsite data, where continuity is a top priority. Converting the workplace begins with thorough administration and registration of newly acquired and installed hardware, including switches, routers, and other devices. Data synchronization must adhere to the highest security standards. Finally, after evaluating the site in its lifecycle, the equipment must either be prepared for reuse or disposed of responsibly.<\/p>\n
