Movida goes abroad – UK #1

In onze vorige post heeft u al kunnen lezen dat wij samen met Movida UK door Engeland reizen om onze klant te helpen bij het implementeren van hun MDM-omgeving. De wens van de klant was dat wij fysiek aanwezig zouden zijn om hen daarbij te ondersteunen, en wij zouden Movida niet zijn als wij dat niet maar al te graag zouden doen! Inmiddels zit de eerste week in de UK erop. We zijn gestart in Runcorn waar wij de eerste dag al veel medewerkers hebben ondersteund bij de migratie. Voor alle locaties gold dat medewerkers die niet fysiek aanwezig konden zijn, zij telefonisch door ons te woord werden gestaan om hen toch de ondersteuning te bieden die ze nodig hadden. Dinsdag was het eerst tijd om te starten op de locatie in Manchester, om vervolgens ’s avonds aan de tocht richting Glasgow te beginnen. Dit was een lange, maar ook een succesvolle dag waarin er weer veel medewerkers met onze ondersteuning zijn geïmplementeerd in de MDM-omgeving. Na twee dagen in Glasgow de mobiele telefonie van de medewerkers daar succesvol te hebben geïmplementeerd, was het vrijdags tijd om een start te maken in Newcastle. Dit was tevens de laatste dag dat de eerste ploeg in de UK ter plaatse was, om de volgende maandag te worden afgewisseld door een ander topteam van Movida Nederland en Movida UK. Ook daar was de implementatie een groot succes en zijn veel medewerkers naar tevredenheid geholpen! De komende weken rijden wij verder door de UK om ook de andere locaties de ondersteuning te bieden die zij nodig kunnen hebben, want Movida Nederland en Movida UK behartigen graag de wensen van hun klanten.

In our previous post, you may already have read that we are travelling around the UK together with Movida UK to help our client implement their MDM environment. The client wanted us to be physically present to support them, and we wouldn’t be Movida if we wouldn’t want to do that! The first week in the UK is now over. We started in Runcorn where we already supported many employees with the migration on the first day. For all locations, employees who could not be present physically were given the support they needed by us by phone. On Tuesday, it was time to start at the location in Manchester and then, in the evening, set off for Glasgow. This was a long, but also a successful day in which many employees were again implemented in the MDM environment with our support. After two days of successfully implementing the mobile phones for the employees in Glasgow, it was time to make a start in Newcastle on Friday. This was also the last day that the first team was on location in the UK, to be replaced the following Monday by another top team from Movida Netherlands and Movida UK. There the implementation was also a great success and many employees were helped to their satisfaction! In the next few weeks, we will continue to travel through the UK to offer the other locations the support they may need, as Movida Netherlands and Movida UK are happy to look after the wishes of their clients.
